Great advice and service, I have been here many times. We need these kind of local hardware stores. I can recommend this store to any customer.

Quick thought on the comment from James McCowan below: it doesn't matter for how long use have owned an item, if you used it and they can't sell it to another customer, they can't just take it back. Your review is unfair. Note: I have no relationship to this store, I'm just a reasonable customer.

Don't go anywhere near this place!!!!!!! I dropped a screw into the air vent of my car. These guys were the closest hardware store so I dropped in looking for a pair of long nose pliers. I bought a pair and went out to my car which was parked at the back of the store. They weren't long enough so I went back in to the store and asked if I could swap them for a longer set - They said - NO.....these are used....... you have to buy another one!!!! What!!!! Really!!!! - I was gone for about 2 mins. OK would you mind lending me some??? NO.....Thats not how we do business. NICE work
