I went to the shop for the first time on Friday afternoon. It seems well stocked and is conveniently located. However, I had a random customer service experience… When I went into the store a male member of staff abruptly asked what I wanted in a tone that implied I shouldn’t be in that section of the store in the first place. I started to tell him what I was wanted and he quickly interrupted and told me to be quiet and that he knew what I needed. I hadn’t finished explaining the spec of the product I was after and tried to explain further. He interrupted me again and told me to be quiet. He then barged past me and grabbed the product he said was best suited and took it to the check-out. His manner changed and was friendly at the counter, as if the interaction on the shop floor hadn’t occurred. A bizarre experience for a quick trip to the local hardware store!

I don't have enough kind words. The staff opened up after hours to help me out with an urgent problem; which they fixed permanently, for nothing. Exceptional customer service and good skills - will definitely return with more business!

I went in this store today I bought, a socket extension, bolts and a spray can. The way they assisted me was superb I'll be back if I need their service. I'm reading some of these previous reviews I honestly think some of those reviews with the 1 star is either a competitor or they are talking about another store. These guys were awesome!!!

These guys that run this store work with the mafia.Once your in store and are looking one of them will stay by your side and not leave you until you choose something to buy.I found them to be insidious and rude.If you need a price on something they'll give you a price and then once you get to the counter the price quoted is actually a lot more expensive.Not a comfortable store for women here I avoid going thereBunningsis much better and cheaper.stuff the convenience when you have to face pushy and rude staff.
