Enough to find what I was looking for – it's not very big but also not one of the smallest. The Bunnings staff member I asked for help pointed me in the direction of the products I needed. Years ago, they used to walk you straight to the exact spot, make sure you found what you were after, and ask if you needed anything else – which not only made for excellent customer service but also increased sales.
Bought some plants as farewell gifts for my friends — they have a great variety and good prices.
Nice smaller store compared to the usual mega Bunnings stores, however it is strictly self service, with no one available to assist and the checkout can be slow.
Nicole was really helpful and professional in showing me where I needed to find a water filter refill. I’m glad I dropped in as I was going through the area. Bunnings really does train their staff very well, I’ve never had a bad experience shopping with this chain. Keep up the great work!
I’m not sure what’s going on with this Bunnings, but a lot of the staff here seem quite rude and visibly depressed. I’m a pretty friendly person, but I felt like I was a burden just for asking where a few items were. I wouldn’t return to this store unless I was absolutely desperate.
