Suncorp Stadium Brisbane was a great venue for the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. 75th anniversary of the Tattoo. Fully packed stadium. Good view, good acoustics, comfortable seats. Staff and volunteers were really efficient, polite and helpful in managing entry, seating and exit of crowd. Good security. Clean facilities. And the Edinburgh Military Tattoo itself the reason for my visit to Brisbane was excellent! Great experience.
Attended the Edinburgh Military Tattoo Brisbane. The production was well performed, though some segments ran longer than necessary and pacing varied. From good seating, visibility was still inconsistent at times due to performers remaining distant and limited use of the big screens.nStandout moments included the national anthem, female Celtic dancers, bagpipes performing Amazing Grace, and the New Zealand Māori cultural group.nEvent: 3/5 Performers: 5/5 Stadium 4/5
Watching AC/DC at Suncorp Stadium was an outstanding experience. It’s a fantastic venue for major events, with easy access and a smooth, stress-free exit even among the crowds. The free train travel from the Gold Coast with a valid ticket was an added bonus and made the whole experience even better.
We got a free bus from Central station for the Edinburgh Tatto. The bus stops were well organised, and signage to our seats very visible and easy to find. Directions from personelle easy to follow. The use of colours to help direct people worked well for us. The Tattoo was wonderful, but as the stadium is U shaped, & the bands had obviously practiced in a square venue, they were not so visible to those who were seated at the bottom of the U.
Milton train station is so handy and entry was a breeze. Facilities, including plenty of women's toilets were good. Great time at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo, despite some rain.
