A visit to memories of Canada. It was great that skate rentals are included in the price. Staff were helpful and very customer friendly. Cafe inside offered many items to warm you up after the blast into cold.nIf you go with a young inexperienced skater I highly recommend renting the penguin skate assistant.

A nice replacement for Iceland at Southport RIP. The penguin assistants are a little annoying to skater around so avoid times with lots of kids.

The male receptionist had horrible customer service. my family and I paid $180 for the family pack online and would not allow our family in due to overcapacity just because we were over two people who were both under 5 and they would not be skating. although we waited for abit, people had left and the male receptionist still would not allow us in and would not guarantee us a refund. definitely would not recommend taking your loved ones here! definitely felt racism from the male receptionist because as we walked in the second receptionist was about to let our family through but as soon as we walked in he was quick to come out from behind the desk.

My family and I had come and booked a reservation to come in, but the male worker that was servicing us wouldn’t let us come through claiming “he couldn’t let us through because it’s not fair to others” even though we clearly booked. His customer service was horrible, however the girl he was with was trying to get us through cause we already booked & were paid customers. He was racial profiling us because another family had come in which were a lighter skin tone compared to us and we’re booked/paid customers just like us and he let them through right through. We will not book here ever again, thank you to the lady that tried to help us but the male worker, he clearly needs to be re-trained.

Great facility. Easy to book online which made entering, getting skates and getting on the ice really seamless. The staff were vigilant in checking on people who have fallen me! and in providing brief lessons on staying upright - which helped enormously! Will certainly return - an hopefully improve my skill in staying upright!
