Iceworld Olympic Ice Rinks

Had a fun skate but the speakers are absolutely rubbish so can't hear a word they're saying over the loudspeaker and they may as well not be playing any music at all. Also, the skates are some of the worst hire skates I've ever worn, so uncomfortable with just rigid plastic against your feet. Hot food is pretty good and decently priced and staff were nice. Better hire skates and sound system and it'd be 5 stars from me.

The ice was fine at first but melts and gets really watery and slushy after an hour of public session. The rink is quite large in terms of size. Rental skates are made of hard plastic and really uncomfy but only costs $1 to hire. Some staff were very kind and helpful while others are quite rude and impatient especially those in the front reception. (I got scuffed at because it was my first time there and I didn't know their procedures and took 2 seconds longer to enter) Other than that it is a great place to just go and have fun with family and friends. Edited review: from 3/5 to 4/5 Been visiting frequently for a month and I've experienced far better customer service. Staff are friendly and quite polite. Also really helpful and helped me solve my problems. Skate school is also very good. They are a part of the Aussie Skate program so training is very effective.

Great place for a few hours of fun on the ice. My kids love it. Maintained well, little pricey but it's worth it. Would be nice to see some specials during school holidays.

Awesome experience for both kids and parents. Easy to pick up the scaring technique too. Easier than I thought 😀

went in school holidays and was absolutely packed. Skates in decent shape. Rink ice pretty choppy not to smooth I guess for beginners since there's only one rink. Food wasn't good value for money at all unfortunately. No skating frames for beginner adults also
