🤢 One star is too much high rating...Very rude staff and worst customer service ever, may be they hire the worst people in that area so that the owner can pay less! Reported to the owner several times by several others but the couple who franchise the joint doesn’t care! I would never go there again. Always the girls give you a death stare💀 as if you are convicted and owe them money. Anyway I decided that Dandenong plaza is not a good place for you if you are expecting the best. The moving crowd in the plaza doesn’t care much about customer service and they continue business😀

Wasn’t even good enough for one star to be honest, I went to get a bottle of coke, paid for it, they never gave me a receipt (manager took my order), I checked my bank account 10 minutes later and saw that they took $15 out of my account (the coke bottle was $3.95). As I was very furious, but didn’t show it I politely asked the worker why this has happened and she told me “the manager” will take care of it. “The manager” blamed it all on me saying it was my fault I didn’t correctly check, also saying “I should have asked them what my order was”, and in the end saying it wasn’t him that took my order it was someone else but clearly I remember he was the one who took my order and handed me the drink. Why would you have someone like this as a manager. I do not understand but I beg someone to fix this. My sister also experience the same issue with money a few months back with the same manager. Honestly useless, they don’t deserve to be the manager. WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.

The worst place to buy sandwiches! The staff probably hired for their low wages and so are their attitudes towards customers. Poor customer service and the owner perhaps turns a blind eye!! I wont buy sandwiches from there again. I know that the moving crowd helps the business and no one is going to read these reviews...:-)

In subway they have a delicious sub called seafood sensation it is so yummy.
