Very bad experience twice. Full waste of money and time. Order was to late and when i received my order it was already cold. Which is still acceptable for one stage. But the food i got was uncooked, fries are cold uncooked and rotten as well. Garlic rolls have no garlic in them and uncooked. And it looks like my garlic bread was alrereqdy opened and eaten by someone. Very disappointed. Never i recommended this place to buy anything to eat. I want my full return.
Had really as experiences everytime her. Cold pizzas not containing much toppings. Missing ordered items in delivery. Customer service issues when complaining about apparent issues. Phone manner by staff is poor and often found them disconnecting the call because they obviously did not like the negative sentiment of the feedback. Still awaiting refund for order nearly three weeks later. Manager gave name and I even went into store to sort out and left my number with no follow up whatsoever from management. Please do not order food here either delivery or pick up or you most definitely will be disappointed!
2 hours and 14 minutes for a lunch time pizza delivery, with the order arriving 56 minutes after being marked as ready in store. Common courtesy would be to advise of the waiting time, so there would be an opportunity to cancel and order from somewhere that can offer a quicker service.
One of the worst pizzas I had in Melbourne. It’s just bread with some , not enough, cheese and tiny tiny amount of other ingredients. The smallest LARGE pizza that I have seen with thinnest possible slices of salami on the Pepperoni. Sure, they save a lot of money by limiting the quality and quantity of their food.
Would give 0 stars if able Purchased 2 cheesy crust pepperoni One had very little pepperoni the other next to nothing Mentioned this to the staff member who did not seem to care. What has happend to product quality and customer service? Gave Dandenong store a try If I was to buy again would go to Noble Park only because of the customer service on my last visit not for the pizzza 99.9% sure won't return to any Dominos
Very bad experience. It take me nearly 2 hours my order not delivery yet. I ring them and they said will check 30 minutes they ring me back that I should put my address to Street not court . I told them it not my first time order that I ordered from your shop I ordered nearly 10 times with the same address. The man on the phone rather solved the problems but the blame for my spellings my address. Now I end up go outside for nearly by foods. Wait for 2 hours for lunch end up nothing .
Had the best ever pizza in a while. The staff was also friendly. Will definitely go there more often
I ordered 1 hour before my 30min lunch break which was at 5pm. Tell me why it took them so long to deliver it 10mins after my break which had finish starving and waiting for them. The place was only 11 min drive to my workplace. Their predicted time was suppose to be at 4:55pm. Please deliver at an accurate time whereas someone like me has a limited lunch break and the only time I can eat in an eight hour shift.
Worst dominos ! Never enough topping on their pizza. Picture is of loaded pepperoni literally 2 slices of Pepperoni on slice of pizza
I went in store to get a pizza for dinner I was the only person who was there I saw 6 workers in the kitchen and I was ignored by them for over ten minutes and then I decided to leave because they were extremely rude and more interested in talking to each other than getting my order and as I just about to go out of the door one of rude ignorant workers asked me if they could help me! I will never try domino's pizza again and I have been telling as many people about it as I can!
