Had to change this rating, the chicken was really yummy and juicy today, however your staff made a fatal error, NO REFRESHER TOWELS in the bag! You left me in the lurch with no way of cleaning my hands. This is unacceptable at a kfc in this day and age. Maybe next time im back i can give this store 5 stars again if they remember these next time.

Absolutely horrible, literally waited 25-30 minutes for a regular sized meal. I saw a little boy wait 20 minutes for a frozen drink. also my meal was cold, and chips undercooked

Hands down the worst kfc i have ever experienced, firstly witnessing the manager yell at one of the customers aggressively because she a poor english doing so infron t of the customers young son, secondly waiting over 15 minutes for an order which was sitting there waiting to be packed and when i asked about what was happening I got the reply "sorry I forgot it was there". Defintely never coming back.

I love the Popcorn Chicken from here it so succulent and delicious and nice when you pop in your mouth.

They don't even deserve 1 star! Just went here and after 15 minutes of waiting was told there was a wait on Zingers. I waited over 20 minutes and then watched several orders from after I placed mine get filled before I asked for a refund. Poor communication from staff and management about the delay.
