I went in about 4pm and there was just 1 person in front of me. The staff were quick and efficient, friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this store above most other Subways.
Very long wait of over half an hour. The staff is incredibly unfriendly and the language is difficult to understand. I can't recommend it to anyone.
Rocked up with a 15 sub long order, guy at the counter was an absolute speed demon, the best sandwich artist I’ve ever seen in my entire life, which includes working at subway. Best subway, no, restaurant experience I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
The lady with the specs serving us was very rude and she was banging the food and wasn’t listening to customer preferences and just doing by her own. and very disrespectful. Never gonna come back again.
Sandwiches made with nothing of love!!! Staff definitely doesn't want to be there. You feel scared asking for the ingredients you want and if you take your time to think about it, they roll their eyes. Seriously, if I wasn't that hungry when I finish working on Sundays and had another option to eat by that time, I would never go there.
Chicken piece lying on the cheese. I ordered veggie delight and the lady just sprinkled 5-7 pieces of carrot, onion and a tiny splash of avo. If you are running out of veggies you should tell the customer before they order. So at least they have a chance to not order the item. It was a ripoff.
Good location. Staff need more Training. Apears that management and owner are only interested in making profit for 1 time customers and using "Subways" name. When not busy, zero customer service attention. . Lucky to have so many other options available for healthier lunches near by.
No customer service. Entered just before lunch when it was quiet and before I could get to the counter kept getting ask 'What meat do you want?'. They just put the sub in the toaster without asking if I wanted it fresh or toasted. Asked for all salads but there was no spinach, like other Subways.
The girl who worked on Tuesday and Thursday morning this week is so rude. She tries to rush you the whole time. She asks you questions and then you have to repeat yourself because she is actually not ready, e.g she is at the oven when she asks what salads you want. When I asked her to slow down she got cranky with me. I am guessing the owner/manager is not reading these reviews, because there are many negative comments, and the customer service is still terrible. The girl who worked Wednesday morning was lovely.
Came there in a hurry to catch a train and the guy was super quick and friendly! It has been that way every time I went. Good customer service :
