How do you guys run out of chicken so frequently? Always a 20 min wait that turns into 40 because of the backlog. Where is the manager overseeing the kids? Those kids are sweet but they need a leader that knows how to run a shop.
Honestly, the worst KFC I have been to. Do NOT go here if you are looking for fast service or even your order or be correct. I waited 50 minutes for my order in which I was given the wrong order 2 times as well as not having my order processed through their system correctly for 30 minutes. I spoke to the manager who was not sincere and does not take her role seriously as the peak contact of her business. She offered me a refund but took away the food and did not even apologise. I would suggest steering clear if this mess of a business and heading elsewhere as this place is simply not worth your time.
The manager Hayley went above and beyond for us. We were having a party with 10 men, We put an order in with her for pick up at a certain time, She Delivered perfectly !! Nice and hot and ready to go on time.
What a shambles The manager Karen can’t handle or prepare when it gets busy After they finally understood our simple order of 3 x 2piece chicken box with a breast & leg in each Was told no potato & gravy machine broken 1 week now to my knowledge okay we’ll take chips After waiting 10 mins into our order , Manager Karen said she could only give one breast out of 3 boxes Didn’t even ask us if we wanted to wait for the chicken to be cooked So we asked for a refund Every time we’ve been in this particular store there is always an issue
Honestly I don't know why I come back. I usually think of the old days of juicy tasty chicken and come here. Inevitable what I get is oily but dry breasts, overcooked small wings and drumsticks parts . There's really just s small bits that taste good with Lots of disappointment.
The worst KFC in Australia. 4 times I've ordered and 4 times they have stuffed the order up. Last night was the last time I will order from there, half the food was missing, the food that did arrive was cold and just to top it off they did all wings for the chicken.... I think this place has actually cured me from KFC for life!
Staff came across very unorganised and not able to keep up with the orders. I recommend this team spend time training in the Sydney George Street franchise. This store is extremely busy and they seem to be able to keep up with the orders and still smile.Food: 2/5
My experience in this store from 545 pm -6 pm wasn’t a good one I wanted order a twister box meal deal and the bloke at front wasn’t friendly with a smile and music was way to loud I was walking and To bus stop and seen the manager of this store she wasn’t a friendly person she didn’t give me great feedback and say I’ll train them up more she said it’s only their third shift and look at me rudely anyways I won’t be ordering from Bondi again Emmy star rating is 0
Ordered online like 15 minutes before I got there; thought my order was ready but had to wait 15 minutes again. I think KFC should stop calling itself a fast food chain. Terribly slow service Note: When customers order online like 10-20 minutes before they arrive at the restaurant ; order should be ready by the time they get there; it’s common sense, that’s one of the main reasons why customers order online
Worst experience in a ‘fast food’ of my life. I waited 1h and they said me I can leave if I was not happy.
