McDonald's

The burger that I bought at Bondi Junction Westfield McDonald's outlet was not to my satisfaction. I found the service and atmosphere was not up to my expectations also. I have been to other McDonald outlets where the food, service and atmosphere was 5 stars. The food was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was great.

Food is above average for Mc Donalds, has seating although limited. Gets busy after school hours on weekdays so I would avoid between 3-4 pm, especially since they closed the other Mc Donalds above the bus terminal. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible from main Westfield entrances and via lift from parking levels.

Had two things wrong with my order yesterday morning. Wouldn’t of notice if only they remember the hash brown for my order. The other error was they wrapped my egg & bacon muffin in a wrapper that said sausage & egg muffin. They did seem a bit apathetic that Friday morning

Very poor service. That Made an excuse of having young staff under 14 years old when it inexcusable and against the current code of McDonald’s to have people this age working past 10pm we were left over 30 minutes.for a simple order. Extremely poor service. Vegetarian options: Hash browns

Im Sorry, but McDonald pushing through to use phone app. I ordered through the Kiosk, my mate ordered through his phone, my order came out. My mate order on the phone kept going in circles saying head to the store. We chicked with the a very helpful young man who checked for us and figured out no order was in the system. He called his manager and she said nothing we can do its a phone stupid app and you just have to order through the cashier. We agreed but asked to get the same offer quarter pounder $3 but she said not possible. I miss old McDonald service that we grow up with knowing the term customers were their priorities. I do understand not all McDonald the same but that was really disappointing service that made me eat my burger cold. Thanks McDonald

Cat litter in a bag disguised as food look like it was dropped and stepped on. Big fail McDonalds corporate should take away franchisee and replace with one thats does better service.

The chinese lady in the counter is so rude. I dont know if she behave same with everyone or just with me. She is making her customers embarrased. As if i am asking for free food. Never going back there again.Food: 2/5

I'm not full Macca's fan, LoL, but I don't mind to have a burger & an ice cream. The atmosphere is great, beautiful view towards the city, harbour and much more. Check it out guys at Bondi junction train station, food plaza. cv

I understand alterations may confuse staff but when I order a double quater pounder and receive a regular one as with every other time I attempt to order a double anything I really don't bother wasting money on a product where at the very least consistency is neglected. You cannot trust this store to complete your order without a single thing being incorrect.
