Paid $12.50 for lettuce leaves After asking Gwant so called store manager for more meat being gluten free and limited selection for gf It’s self explanatory that lettuce leaves are not going to fill anyone up! After asking I was told by Gwant that she refusing to add any extra meat in and if I have an issue with it write a complaint on there page. For such a big brand name it’s disgusting that you have a black sheep in such a popular area! You’ve lost a customer for the disgusting, rude, and careless customer service. P.S don’t ask me to fill out a form on your website! Thanks
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After asking for a salad, I asked the server to please give some chicken with the pasta salad I was getting as he was only giving me pasta, too which he said, “it’s enough, you’re not getting more”. Quite possibly the rudest man I’ve ever encountered, I proceeded to leave and said I didn’t want it anymore wane he said “okay whatever” and probably why they have 2 star rating and the bad reviews they. Wow, just wow! HORRENDOUS.

I met a guy at this store who was one of the nicest people I ever met he instantly got to my order the staff are very social and friendly 10/10 would go again.
I purchased Tuscan soup just 8mins ago, clearly asked the staff if it was vegetarian - he mentioned it was. Shame the staff did not know what your product includes - it's got meat in it. What an absolute waste of money. Will never go back. Shame. Does not deserve even one star
Not sure if new owners have taken over this business. I have been buying the same salad daily for the past 12 months Chicken Avocado and recently have noticed a change. They are very tight with their chicken and avocado Most of the time it is just lettuce leaves . I might as well go to Coles and get a bag of mixed lettuce leaves for $3.00. Why pay $ 10.00 .
Absolutely pathetic customer service. My friend asked for vegetarian soup and they gave her meat in it. What’s so hard about listening to simple instruction. Need to fire and rehire everyone there.
Good selection of salads, nice staff
This shop is realy nice friendly service food is always fresh and many options to choose from.
Great service, great food, and great shop layout, gave me a good impression of Bondi.
