I order online on July 2 2023 and I got there to pick up at night around 655pm. This young girl made my subway. She was nice but the subway hardly had anything on it. I asked for toasted and it tasted and felt like it’s been in microwave . Is it just me or did the bread get smaller. We usually get a great subway , when the older lady serves. Sorry to be a bringer of bad news but it was my worst subway ever.

Myself and a friend come here twice a week every week and the awesome staff are always cheerful and welcoming. They make great food and always pay attention to detail when making your food. I love coming here to get the best food in Plainland. Would 10/10 recommend this place to everyoneFood: 5/5
have been coming to subway plainland about once a week for at least 6 months now and tonight will be my last time last week there was a lack of salad tonight there was also a lack of meat salad and traces of olives and pickles on the subs no customer service subs were slapped together not even asked if I would like salt or pepper I even told them I was not happy and I would not be returning and I was ignored will not be back
It was an absolute delight when my colleagues and I stopped in tonight for a meal on our way to a military training area when out of nowhere we were thanked for our service. The customer service was fantastic not just to us but also that of the general public that were serverd before us. The food was also fresh noting that it was late in the evening. Well done team!
My son has Coeliac disease and I requested that they make a gluten free wrap for him out the back. The staff member replied “we arnt licensed for that, cuz we cook bread in here”. I said “yes I know, all I am asking you to do is make his wrap on a clean bench out the back and use your stock/salads from the back fridge this lowers the risk of cross contamination significantly and she said “that would take me a really long time”. The store was not busy and there were 3 staff members on… It’s never been a problem at the countless Subway’s in Adelaide who have been more than happy to prepare food safely for my son over the years. My teen daughter also works at a Subway store and they regularly take precautions like this for customers who have Coeliac disease or other allergy’s. Safe to say we spent our money elsewhere for our family of 6, half of us were planning to get subway! Dietary restrictions: Coeliac disease

My most recent visit I was greeted by Malinda sry if I spelt incorrectly I have never been to a place with over the top customer service. Full of energy, kept a smile on and even started a conversation. This kind of customer service really creates that welcoming atmosphere. All I have to say is thank you.Food: 5/5
Service is hot and cold at this franchise, it really depends on the time and the dayFood: 4/5
The service is slow and the people workings aren’t that friendly/ chatty. The ingredients look old, but has usual it didn’t taste bad. I feel as if the staff should be trained further because if you’re getting a wrap the staff won’t wrap it correctly. I’d still getting subway from this location if I’m stopping by this fuel station again.
