Very happy with Subara Waitara. Went with a friend who was ready to buy, but after being treated poorly by another Subaru dealer we weren't sure what expect. It was such a good experience with these guys they got the sale. Highly recommend Subaru Waitara.

One of the better Subaru dealers in Sydney. I had to go through 3 to find this one. My car gets a proper service by honest people. Unlike the one near my place.

I attended Subaru Waitara (my local Subaru) to test drive a New Impreza and possibly buy a new car. I walked around for 15 minutes and no one approached me. I stood near the front counter and the young female looked up at me then looked back down and didn't bother asking if she could help. An older man in a suit walked in a straight away, "Hello sir, can I help you?" When I finally found someone to assist I was asked if I'm going to buy today. I was asked this 4 times. I was asked again, can I guarantee that I am looking at buying today. I sat down with the finance bloke before a test drive and he said, "Can you give me an 80% guarantee that you're buying today?" Staff were so pushy and not friendly at all. I walked out and drove to Subaru Chatswood where I bought a new Impreza that day. And I'll add that the listed price $3000 less than what Waitara would do for me for an older 2017 model. I got the 2018 model. Today I went in with my father who is looking at buying a new car. 10 minutes of walking around and no body bothered to asked if we needed help. Based on that alone he is now looking at a new Mazda from Mazda Waitara who were more than friendly. Subaru Waitara - you've lost two sales in one month. Staff really need to pick up their game here because Chatswood Subaru could not be more relaxed, friendly and helpful. And they took a $29,000 sale away from you. all because staff here were impersonal, unfriendly and pushy.

I've just been on the phone to book a service for 20 minutes. Listened to the tape loop 10 times about my call being important. Went down another line to speak to management = same story. Why not put in a call you back option ?? Very poor customer service. This was Wednesday morning at 10-30 to 11-15. NOT a happy customer.
