Never trust a dealer. they all come up with lots of promises when they want to sell you the car and never deliver. This dealership offers you a 3 year free car wash but the car wash is 90% the time closed. I also recently took my car for brake change and the quote they gave me was $1500 while another mechanic provided the same service for $800. Never took your car to any dealership apart from their general service as they have a caped price and can't charge you more. Apart from that, they will charge you a fortune. $150/h for labor, can you believe it?

A irresponsible, unprofessional and ignorant sales person I had ever come through was in Kia Sutton Motors Waitara - Mr Travis Bonham. Bought my Kia Sorento on 30th Jan 2018. I found there was only empty plastic case with NO SD CARD. I called to Travis asking him regarding SD Card. He replied we will get new SD in 2 to 4 Week time. Now Kia Sutton Is Closed, and its been 2months this person so called Fake Sale person Travis Bonham working in Subaru City making all the city people fool. Till today I am chasing him for my Kia SD Card for Sorento, and now he (Travis) is not bothering to answer my call. Rather than addressing the issue and rectify the issue, you are running away, you are not a sale persons, you are a fake Travis Bonham

The one star is for the good experience buying my car but I am extremely disappointed since. The sticker in my car said I needed a service at 10,000km or by Dec 2017. I booked my car in at a DIFFERENT KIA who explained that there is no such service required and it is infact a 15,000km service. Upon looking in my log book I found this was absolutely correct. This other dealership redid the 3,000km service and didn't charge me and reset my PROPER log book service schedule. Today I receive a phone call from Suttons Kia to book in my 10,000 km service. Yeah that's not happening because it's not required. Bunch of thieves.

Worst experience ever buying a car. Travelled 6 hours to pick up our car. We were told by our car salesman; Shane, everything had been approved & car would be ready to go, to then have to wait over 2 hours as they weren’t expecting us and no paperwork had been done. We paid alot of money to have windows tinted to discover they were just a basic factory tint. A dashmat was going to be included which wasn’t and they didn’t have the second key to go with the car. I purchased our car over two months ago and I only just received the dashmat & second key after being told numerous times it had been sent out. (Thank goodness for John in the service department as he seemed to be the only person that knew what was going on) To make things even better I went to sit down today to read through the manual to discover none of it is in English! Thank goodness it’s a good car because this dealership is terrible. The salesman was obviously just after a quick sale. Have since been told he has left the dealership. Would never buy a car from this place again or recommend to anybody.
