This review is a bit late, but we would like to thank Kayne and Terry for their great help. We got our used car at the end of this April. We went to a nearby dealer first and were very disappointed. We took a friend's suggestion and came to Hornsby. We had a totally different experience here. We got a lot of helpful advise from Kayne and Terry, with a fantastic testing drive. Everything just exceeded our expectations - we felt like we were truly welcomed here. We do think that customer service can make a huge difference when a customer makes a decision. Sometimes we would like to pay extra for a higher level customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Hornsby to my friends and family.
My 18 year old daughter Georgina bought her first car from Hornsby Toyota. We want to thank in particular Chris Caldecott finance department and Hamish McMillan pre-owned cars for doing such a great job in communicating with my daughter and I and explaining every step of the buying/finance process in words that we could easily understand. Our first inspection/ test drive was on a Sunday and by the following weekend the deal was done and we drove the car home. Since that time the car was brought in for the first service and once again the process was hassle-free. We highly recommend Hornsby Toyota to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from them.
Hornsby Toyota were just fabulous. Humberto went 'above and beyond' to ensure we got our Hybrid Toyota RAV 4 at the soonest time. The customer service shown by Humberto was simply excellent - regular updates, reassurances and easy to follow explanations. We would highly recommend Hornsby Toyota to anyone - outstanding customer service and support from the very beginning and at every stage.
Great from start to finish. Toyota have supply issues well out of the hands of the dealership, but they stayed in contact and kept me up to date on progress. Very professional and courteous team. Highly recommend this dealership.
Good service, the team is helpful. It’s surprising how little stock of spare parts dealerships carry even for a best seller like a 2 year old Hilux. Plan ahead and expect to order your parts as they are likely not in stock. I’d understand for an exotic or obscure euro car but not a Toyota. After all that is one of the selling point big dealership network and easy to obtain parts.
Great experience, good communication with Kenny and Chris, both were absolutely amazing and made this purchase a real pleasure. Even thought I am closer to other branches I am happy I went to Hornsby. Thank you again, loving the new car.
Came here looking for a first car for a friend, None of the staff approached, all huddled in a corner of the dealership chatting amongst themselves, no welcome or greeting, terrible service. Comparably to the other dealerships where they see you and greet you even if its just to enquire about a car or offer a gesture of assistance. No Supra either and limited range of vehicles. Pennant Hills Toyota had much better service and were much more welcoming and inclined to help

Buying a used car?! Then I highly recommend this brand of toyota! Quick and easy process! Bruce is amazing and very helpful in negotiating prices and the whole process was completed swiftly. Most of my purchase was done on the phone as I live far from hornsby toyota - the quick and constant contact between Bruce and I made this process easy. I highly recommend buying from this dealership!
Worst service. We provided the car at 7:30 am and the car wasn’t ready till 5:30 pm. And when they handed the car it was all wet. They kept me waiting for an hour and handed the car all wet see pictures. I will not recommend them to anyone. Go to other Toyota service centers but not this one as their staff is also poor. Their customer service team doesn't bother if you are staying and waiting there and in the end I can say they made my car look worse.
