Frank and the sales team were very helpful with my selection. I was hesitant at first because I wanted to test drive all the vehicle brands before choosing a car but I knew Mazda offered one of the best vehicles on the road for the mid size cars so decided to forgo the other test drives. I spent over 4 hours in total at the dealer which including selecting the model, colour, interior, accessories, test driving and financing and they were all very patient with me. They even offered coffee and snacks whilst i waited for them. I would highly recommend Hornsby Mazda and would give a 5 star however I have yet to experience their servicing so I may update this review later on. I'm happy to be a proud owner of a new Mazda 3 GT Sedan in Soul Red Crystal. Zoom Zoom!

After doing extensive research at other dealers, Rod at Hornsby Mazda was by far the most helpful. He listened to and respected my needs and was genuine in his advice. Rod was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with options which suited my budget. This gave me piece of mind knowing I was getting the best value for money based on my needs. I cannot recommend Mazda Hornsby enough and if you are lucky enough to deal with Rod (senior sales consultant) you won't be disappointed.

We recently bought a Mazda 3 from Calvin Lai at Hornsby Mazda. We found him very helpful and informative. The service was superb. 5 years ago we bought a Mazda 3 from Hornsby Mazda. Over the years all servicing was done at Hornsby Mazda and they have always been very professional and thorough. Love the car and the amazing service that we get. You have our loyalty we will be back!!!

My family has purchased several new cars in recent years, and Mazda Hornsby is definitely the friendliest sales team we have seen out of all the car dealers. The sales experience they provide is excellent! We received outstanding service from Damien. Damien is one amazing sales consultant with very personal service and good knowledge of the product - he gave us a lot of useful and helpful information. We asked to receive a car as quickly as possible, and even though the time frame was very challenging, Damien and the team has gone the extra mile and succeeded to make it happen! Servicing department, Tanya and Liz ,were also 5 stars. The day we come to get the car , the dealership was very busy. But we were attended fairly quickly and all the staff was very nice and helpful. Damien did a great job at showing us all the details of our new car and was extremely patient to answer all our questions. I would highly recommend Mazda Hornsby to anyone who expects high-level service!

We bought a brand new car, Mazda 3, and it was the great experience with Hornsby Mazda. They've got friendly staff from sales consultants to the finance. I went there to search for a good and reasonably priced car and as soon as I entered friendly sales consultant, Frank welcomed me warmly. He is a very nice man and helped me out to chose the right car and he is a flexible kind of a person specifically in negotiating over the price. Frank gave me a call couple of days after I picked up the car to make sure everything is all right! I would like to thank Mick as well, he really takes his precious time for us and answers to our questions and concerns penitently. I'm happy with their customer services!
