I had my first service after 12 months of ownership of a used C250. The whole experience was overwhelmingly positive. My arrival was expected and a quick handover in the morning. A lovely car was provided for me and was ready to go. In and out in 10 minutes. During the day I was informed of the progress and the car was ready at the promised time. Again, paperwork was ready and I was out in 10 minutes. And no nasty surprises which I had feared. I recommend without hesitation and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Friendly staff. Not to pushy but mostly helpful. Reasonable selection of cars. Staff loose attention if they sense you are just looking and not going to purchase. Overall better than average and may do business with them

Great Experience! The Team were all really friendly and happy to help. The sales paerson I dealt with was Daniel he is very professional and helpful. I have dealt with this Team a numbef of times now and will keep coming back. Highly recommend them.

Purchased a vehicle yesterday at this friendly MB dealership in Hornsby. Dealt with salesperson Kevin. He lived up to his fine reputation earned on this website. Like others, also found Kevin to be an easy going, courteous and with a good sense of customer service. Refreshing change from some of the arrogant salesmen encountered at other dealerships. A shout out also to other staff who helped make the purchase a smooth experience.
