Extremely great service from the whole team at Waitara Volkswagen. Speaking with Liam about moving from a Polo GTI to a Golf R, cannot say how enjoyable and refreshing it is to get such great advice and service especially from a Sales Manager on a Sunday! We left with a great deal and the delivery process was excellent! 10/10 would recommend Liam and his team for anyone looking at purchasing a new car!

Totally disappointed with Volkswagen, we paid $25000 for a new Golf ten days ago and haven’t received the main key yet. We’ve gone back twice to pick up the keys and each time have been turned around with a ridiculous excuse, once with a false key that now we have to go back again to return. You would expect a better customer experience when you choose a brand like Volkswagen. I wonder whether this is how customers are treated in McCarroll’s or other dealerships are similar.

We recently bought VW Golf and had a very good experience overall. Josh, Sales manager and Krishna, Business manager made the sale as easy as possible. Krishna provided lot of insights on going on finance. Josh is very approachable during this whole process and answered all the questions even though some of them are very basic.

Excellent service here and friendly! 10000000 times better than North Shore VW! Got a battery problem under warranty, because house is near North Shore so called them first, bad service, worse service and worst service there! Awful and unbelievable, after all, can not take my case due to my battery under warranty need lots of paper work to do and need at least two days to fix the problem! By the way, I brought the car from them! Can not believe huh? What a unbelievable after sale service on this plant! Than I called here McCarrolls VW, good service, better service and best service! Fixed my problem within one hour! From now, all my service will come to McCarrolls even there are few Kms away from my house! Again! Thank you very much for your help and thanks all the staff work in McCarrolls!
