Excellent, personal service from the whole team at Subaru Mentone. They were even accommodating of our 2 yo crawling through all of the display cars. Mark took great care of us and we never felt pressured through the whole process. He asked us lots of questions and helped guide us to the most appropriate model. We felt a rapport with him from the first instance and were willing to buy from him without hesitation - the mark of a great salesman! We're very happy with our Outback and the service from Mark and the whole team at Subaru Mentone.

Great service and communication with Mark. Alyssa went above and beyond for us to get our car delivered on time. Huge thanks to the team at Mentone, would highly recommend. Love our new outback

Wife had a poor experience and so did I. Forced to replace airbags and forced to take a full day off because they don't know how to manage the servicing of their cars. They could easily text to say sorry your car won't even be looked at till about 1pm instead of saying come in at 8:30 in the morning and pick it up at 5pm. Maybe understaffed?

The service team was great. Daniel was pro and patient, will definitely take my future services to Subaru Mentone. I hope his office path goes well.
