Received great service yesterday from Harry in the Service Department. Greeted me instantly upon arrival kept me informed of my vehicles progress throughout the day and my vehicle was ready as promised for me at pick up. It is always refreshing to be greeted by customer friendly staff, well done Jefferson Ford.

*** 5 Star Service*** So impressed with the service I received yesterday! Had help from multiple staff who were all so helpful. I really appreciate the honest advice as there was a lot I didn’t know before I went in. The buying process was much easier than expected and I left with my car the same day. So happy. I will definitely be sending my friends and family here! Thank you :)

Absolutely fantastic service by Aldo and the team getting my new Ford Focus sorted and home.... He was more than happy to assist even after I'd taken the car home in the following weeks with questions/queries (and even some not directly related to the car!). Highly recommended!!!

The entire team were fantastic! Nothing was too much effort and they all made it such a great experience. I’d highly recommend Jefferson Ford and will be telling all my friends to buy a car from them. Everyone I dealt with was lovely, I’ve never bought a new car before and everyone just made the experience for me enjoyable, from helping me choosing the right car for me, helping me with my finance and also my tinting and paint protection. Thanks so much!!
