The guys at Subaru Doncaster Service were awesome this morning. We dropped the vehicle off for it’s first service and required a loan vehicle.  I was pleasantly surprised to be given a brand-new Forester Sport for the day. My vehicle was returned nice and clean. Extremely great service all round. We’ve always had great service from Troy and the team at Subaru Doncaster in maintaining our 2013 Subaru Forester Diesel. We did a big 20,000 km trip half way around Australia last year and it never missed a beat.  In fact the excellent service was one of the reasons we returned to Subaru Doncaster to buy another Subaru XV this year. Real service is on display when it is unplanned or scheduled service. My Subaru had a fault that required immediate attention. The fault was identified and the part was ordered and delivered from Sydney overnight.  The team at Doncaster Subaru sorted me with a loan car at very short service. Normally we were satisfied with their service and professionalism. Been using Subaru Doncaster for more than 7 years, servicing my work and personal vehicle. But latley, the quality and professionalism were going down in my opinion. Today the vehicle is smelling heavily Kerosene inside after the service and the service book was not updated. Last service after complaining to the head office only they found out and replaced a major part, which they refused to acknowledge during routine service.Service:&nbsp;Auto maintenance

Emma is amazing! She got everything done and followed up with me with a smile and was absolutely lovely. Her service was outstanding! I have never experienced this level of service while getting the car serviced at any other centre. I will always be coming back to subaru Doncaster service!
