Pretty much my favourite butcher. Several reasons - all the meat is high quality - from the chicken to the pork to the beef, as well as veal and other assortments when available. The owners are just lovely and the staff are all terrific. Just ask for anything and they will sort it out for you. The have excellent cured meats as well as the fresh meat. Al, the owner, is fructose intolerant and therefore can cater to some specific dietary requirements, such as with their sausages that have no added things that will make some people react. Simply ask.
