Excellent customer service from my first call to Adam, who explained in detail which tyres would best suit my car.  Went with Michelin Primacy SUVs.  My previous Michelin Latitude Tours had me slipping in the wet and on paintwork.  These new tyres are gripping to the road in the wet.  They feel safe.  I have 28 days to return them if I'm not 100% satisfied. Loui was fantastic, showing me my old tyres and how they'd worn on one side due to my fast cornering.  Now I'm cornering slowly.    
Thank you boys, for making this purchase effortless.  Oh, thanks too Loui for picking up my tyres from the warehouse.  Much appreciated.

Thank you for helping my Mum and Dad.  Their tyre shredded on Eastlink today and you guys helped with a new oneto replace the caravan spare tyre. Thank you for making it safe for them to just drive out again so my Mum and Dad could carry on with their weekend away, (backing caravans is not mums best skill)

Went in to get a puncture on my tyre repaired. When I went to pick it up Brad offered to put repaired tyre back onto my car too.
