Student Flights

Recently doesn't return email* asking about possibility of refund for a day pass in London. When I went to New Zealand about a year ago, my hotel was changed but the shuttle bus service wasn't notified. Also I had to chase up the person who served me because she had changed locations, for my documents. The Key to the World product they sold me has never worked and I have called the company no Joke, about 25 times. I now have to claim emergency and get my money via cheque.

I unfortunately had a bit of a messy booking due to one of the staff here (she was lovely, just disorganized). I emailed Sarah, the assistant team leader, and she just went above and beyond for me. She made sure our booking was in order, offered a small compensation that covered us for the one night we are staying in a particular city, and corresponded with me via email with my 1001 questions. Sarah was super lovely to deal with. I found her to be very honest when asking for prices and quality on hotels and made things very easy for us. I really appreciate her help and I know my Contiki bookings for October 2017 are in safe hands! If Melbourne Central is your local store, don't hesitate to ask for her!
