I was told me verbally the agent would give me a discount on the Flexi pass and instead she charged me the full amount. When I contacted her about this she  responded that I should be grateful that I had saved money because I used the Flexi pass. I still would have used the pass with the discount that she verbally promised? She lied and is not to be trusted.
