Flight Centre Melbourne

Booked a trip of our life to Europe and a tour. We went to the brunch on the corner of Bourke st. and Elizabeth st. in Melbourne. A staff named Briony looked after us at first it was all fine she seemed nice and friendly but after we finalised the payment the costumer service from her went very poor. We tried to asked her some questions but we got back with unclear answer and attitude. After we got to our destination some of the booking had a problem for example we booked a train from London to Paris tickets. On the vouchers she gave us had not mentioned time of departure on it. So we went along and our train has already left. Moreover if you are looking to book some activity while you on holiday through them there are a possibility that they will rip you off we found that booking while you there are much cheaper with the same deal. There are lot more problems along the way in since we booked with Flight centre i would have to write 10pg essay. If you are hoping that they will help you and you got someone to fall back on and they will get you the best deal you are wrong and I'm sorry. They only good deal they can do is Flight ticket. So if you are looking to go through with FLIGHT CENTRE please please reconsider it!
