Das WTC-Office in Melbourne  ist im Verhältnis zum Office in Sydney keinesfalls empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist zwar weitgehendst freundlich aber sehr unvermögend in deren aktiven Handlungen. Fragen zur Arbeitssituation, Arbeitsorten und generell aufkommenden Fragen werden nicht eindeutig und einleuchtend beantwortet. 
Bei einem Aufenthalt von länger als einer Woche in Melbourne ist man deutlich besser informiert als die Mitarbeiter der Agentur. 

ich persönlich identifiziere das WTC-Office weder als Arbeitsvermittlung noch als Informationsservice, lediglich als FreeWifi-Ort oder FreePrint-Location.

Hier sollte sich in Zukunft einiges ändern!
