Super friendly staff, spoke to Aaron and he really took the time to answer all my questions. Planned my trip to the Great Ocean Road to Adelaide and he gave me a really good discount for Kangaroo Island too! Definitely worth to check out their cheap deals even if you're not staying at the hostel.

Booked an EC trip with a lad called Aaron yesterday. Not only was his banter on point, but his attention to detail was also superb. He even went out of his way and brought me an ice cream half way through (cheers for that mate!). Top bloke, would highly reccommend to anyone. Thanks once again for giving us an memorable experience and a great price!!!

I booked a trip with Aaron from Backpackers World Travel and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Aaron was great with everything, I told him roughly what I wanted to do and then he came up with a great trip with everything I wanted to see included. I travelled from Melbourne all the way through the middle of Australia to Uluru and then to and around Darwin. Especially as I am a solo traveller, this trip was fantastic, with everything in it that I had hoped and even more. No complaints from me, I have been travelling for 3 years now and this was and now will always be one of my favourite trips I have taken. Thanks you so much to Aaron and Backpackers World Travel you are fabbbbbb!! :) :) :)

Great customer service, very polite and more than willing to help even if it means going out the way to get you the trip or an amazing deal. Backpackers world travel gave me a great deal on a trip round whitsundays diving and the great barrier reef. More than happy with the service i received and a lot less pushy than other travel agents. Aaron and MJ are a great team! They know there stuff! would strongly recommend them.
