Went in today looking for some creams and bandaids for sensitive skin. Staff member was attentive and quickly helped me to find what I needed. I expected this place to be more expensive because it is on the smaller side, however there were lots of sales and specials which made it comparable to other larger chemists. I would shop here again.

Wow! These people made me feel like a celebrity. The staff were tripping over each other to help me out! I was ushered to the front of the queue and had my script filled immediately. One young lady in particular, with blonde hair and a big smile, helped me with my questions. She was professional and knowledgeable in all fields. What an absolute pleasure to shop there.

Poor service, limited range and high prices.  Not returning there ever again

If I could give more stars I would. Fantastic staff always happy and friendly. I am a "regular" as I need regular meds. The staff all know me by name and are always very attentive and look after me very well. I can not praise them highly enough!!

I went to this chemist yesterday looking for some vitamins, and I was impressed with the massive range they have. They also had lots of specials which was great. I was served by a lovely lady with tattoos named Jessica who was friendly and very helpful, she gave me lots of in-depth information and explained it well in a way I could understand. I will definitely be going back to this store. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Jessica.

Extremely rude female staff at this chemist, they have terrible customer service. The have no idea how to talk to customers or help with scripts. I would not waste your time here .

Takes forever to fill a script, went shopping and came back 3 times it was still not ready. Repeats even when phoned in an hour earlier than pickup, sometimes STILL not ready. I was a customer for a year and the service never got any better. Just nope.

Opening time states 9am. That's when I got there this morning with my script. Not open. Waited at the see through concertina doors until 9.06am There were 3 or 4 staff inside pottering about and not one of them acknowledged me. Was going to knock on the door to get their attention but then I thought "no" I'll take my business elsewhere. Alive Pharmacy will get my business from now on.

Found one staff member very rude, didnt want to replace an incorrect item they sold me because I had no docket, which they had never issued a docket with purchase.  Found purchase on my phone, so then changed to not wanting to refund because I may have opened it.  Finally agreed to refund. Bad attitude and would never go back. AND your response does not make sense... why would you be offering me a replacement when you sold me the wrong product, I brought it back unopened, you didnt stock the actual product I wanted and just wanted my money back. There was no mention of a replacement from me or the staff involved.    You need to find out facts before you write a response.

There normally is nice staff serving, but today 30.8.19 I was "served" by an arrogant to the point of rude female who was clearly not in the mood to get up from behind her desk. It only takes one inadequately trained employee to ruin a business.
