Wanted to take a moment to write a review for the staff at terry white cairns central. I was time poor and needed a COVID booster vaccine urgently in order to be allowed on my international flight. They went above and beyond to enable me to get it in quickly enough to make my flight. The pharmacist Ali helped me significantly. I greatly appreciate the customer care the staff displayed. Thank you

I'm really happy to share that I got served by a young lady recently and on that occasion, I was really time poor as I was supporting one Deaf lady and due to support another client after this. This friendly and helpful young lady served us immediately and expedited the purchase. Thank you so very much for making my work easier and it helped my client feel cared for when she daily receives treatment reminiscent of discrimination. You were really sweet considerate and kind, and very much appreciated.
Amazing, friendly, professional service. I can easily manage and put in my scripts via the app. They have gone above and beyond when it comes to answering any questions and are quick to deal with any issues. Their opening hours allow me to pop in after work. I feel truly looked after.
Was served by a lovely chap behind the counter and the assistants and counter staff were all also very lovely. I waited a short time and there was ample seating. Very professional and outstanding customer service. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Made appointment for Pfizer booster. Difficult to go in due to other health issues. Waited insufficient chairs and when called, was told they don't have Pfizer. Was LIED to 3x by the pharmacist who insisted everyone was rung to let them know. I was not rung though. When I got upset about being blatatantly lied to, he offered no apology and told me to 'Get out'. Very unprofessional and zero customer service skills. I checked with his staff and nobody had rung me. They only bothered to ring people who booked MORE than 24 hours in advance. So disgusted. Pretty dodgy practitioner too, with everyone in the queue's Medicare cards lined up where you sit for the vax,for each person to see, with complete disregard for privacy. Watch out for this guy. Will not be back.
Always friendly staff, especially the short blond girl in there! If you need anything she is always happy to help and she will put a smile on your face for the day!
This place is fantastic they have heaps of stocking stuffer ideas and loads of box sets for Xmas. I put a script in and within minutes it was ready Megan was very helpful and well presented completing my transaction in seconds with a friendly smile and welcoming manner. The store is very clean and Covid check in is easily food at the entry. No boxes to walk around in the isles was a welcome site. I will definitely using this chemist as my go to chemist from now on.
Was declined a product I was picking up for my mother, as she has covid. Done this multiple times for other people, as I work in age care, with no problems at all! Today staff completely declined me and made a million excuses why they couldn't supply it, even though iv never had a problem picking up medicine for family and work relaited Clients. Imagine if it was your mother who needed her medication. I will no longer be shopping here for myself or any off my age care and disability Clients.
