It’s a time to replace a male security who look Indian on Friday 1/11/24 at 6.00 pm. He didn’t even do the job at all instead of hanging out near perfume area at the back talking loudly like childish kid with 2 females staffs members one Asian skinny long hair and one blond hair who is NZ which is so annoying and disturbs the vibe while the customers trying to pick the products. This is the first time that I experienced terrible annoying behaviour like this. Normally other staff members and security staff were fine most of the time. You tell them, this is professional workplace and it does seriously affect your sale as I didn’t want to take time to buy the perfume or any lipstick as I normally do.

Every time I have to go shopping, I go with fear and I look at who will be the security guard. I used to love going because of the prices and the variety. But the security guy has been very rude on many occasions to me and my companions. I feel humiliated every time he is there, that is why I no longer frequent the store. He does not stop following me and is very rude when asking us to open our purses. At no time would I refuse, but we must remember that it is only a show of good faith, since he does not have the authority to force me to do it. He does it and orders you to do it. At times I can believe that it is because of my ethnic origin.

I'm over showing my bag even when it's empty, my own husband didn't even look in my bag so they either take my money at the checkout for what I've bought  or I go else where sick to death of being treated like a criminal

I’ve always been buying things at Chemist Warehouse. The staff here are very good. They also offer WeChat services, allowing you to buy directly on WeChat and ship to China. This service is really great. It’s a five-star review.

The security following us around felt creepy but alright after we chatted him up. We had a kind staff whom help me check if Ariana Grande Cloud blue colour ones is available. And she directed me to their sister store across the road in the mall for the stocks there! We love her for helping us!nnWaiting in line the lady before me had a big pram not one staff member asked to check her pram or her bag either but after I paid the short Asian female employee very rudely asked to see in my bag of groceries hahahaha!!!nI did so reluctantly as I felt there was no need as she is only a checkout operator, and not security plus I hadn’t stolen anything or given any reason to be suspicious of me.nnShe then found nothing out of the ordinary and decided to ask us for our passports and driving license which is with the hotel staff back in our hotel. She taunted us by telling us it is by law that you should carry around your passports. Funny enough, I am a lawyer and I know for a fact that this is not true.nnAwful and bitter woman and useless cashier.nnEven so, After this incident I won’t be coming back and I know in the grand scheme of things it won’t effect their bottom dollar but word of mouth does.nCustomers like to browse, sometimes just going into a store and trying perfumes on makes someone’s bad day that little bit better so if you intimidate customers like what happened to me today, other stores like Priceline will happily take our money.
