It is advisable to manage expectations regarding potential queues when visiting.

We were in store this evening and happened to engage with Marian who took the time to ensure we had the right product and advise for our needs, an absolutely amazing experience given this happened just before closing. Well worth the drive across town to get service like this.

Getting followed by half the store is crazy considering how much stock needs to go up. Was followed by 5 staff, register person checked my bag AND security guard. Both super rude. Very embarrassing. Just do click and collect because interacting with the staff will drain your life force.

In the end, Chemist Warehouse at Cairns Central may look like a budget shopper’s haven, but peel back the fluorescent lighting and yellow sale tags, and all that’s left is poor organisation and a miserable shopping experience disguised as savings.
