The security following us around felt creepy but alright after we chatted him up. We had a kind staff whom help me check if Ariana Grande Cloud blue colour ones is available. And she directed me to their sister store across the road in the mall for the stocks there! We love her for helping us!nnWaiting in line the lady before me had a big pram not one staff member asked to check her pram or her bag either but after I paid the short Asian female employee very rudely asked to see in my bag of groceries hahahaha!!!nI did so reluctantly as I felt there was no need as she is only a checkout operator, and not security plus I hadn’t stolen anything or given any reason to be suspicious of me.nnShe then found nothing out of the ordinary and decided to ask us for our passports and driving license which is with the hotel staff back in our hotel. She taunted us by telling us it is by law that you should carry around your passports. Funny enough, I am a lawyer and I know for a fact that this is not true.nnAwful and bitter woman and useless cashier.nnEven so, After this incident I won’t be coming back and I know in the grand scheme of things it won’t effect their bottom dollar but word of mouth does.nCustomers like to browse, sometimes just going into a store and trying perfumes on makes someone’s bad day that little bit better so if you intimidate customers like what happened to me today, other stores like Priceline will happily take our money.
Always get my Cologne and other basic hygiene and basic medication from here. All the team is very helpful and always assists me to choose the best deal for me. The pharmacists are also helpful when you have basic sickness. Always have good deals on everything. Much recommended.
The security guard was so rude. He needs proper training. He stopped me while I was going to the makeup section, as if I were going to sneak something into my bag, and I said I just wanted to check some mascara. Later, I went to him myself for him to check my bag. He opened everything in my tote bag and purse and found a used Betadine ointment that I had been using for a few days already. Then he began to ask me questions about where I bought it and when I bought it. It was already out of its cover, with the seal broken and in use. He then began to open the cap of the ointment himself! Why would you open someone else items anyway? I said that I had been using it for over three days. He said that didn’t mean anything to him. Then he began to ask me for receipts for the things I had in my bag! Like what? Why would I possibly have receipts for all the items in my bag? He asked me so many questions over an ointment and behaved so rudely. His tone was not at all acceptable at any level. I then asked him to check the camera if he really doubted me. I understand you are doing your job, but you are not allowed to open my bag, touch and go through all the items, and ask several questions about them. If I were going to steal, I wouldn’t have shown my bag in the first place. He was highly rude and unprofessional and looked to be of South Asian descent. I felt highly disrespected in front of all the people in the store, especially when I didn’t even purchase anything.
I filled a script here recently and Marian P assisted me. She went above and beyond to help me an e-script, checking in with the pharmacist several times to see if a product was available. She was so patient and helpful - thank you Marian!
How very disappointing !nPharmacist gave me the wrong medicationnAgain.nAll they have to do is read what it says ??! WownnBut want to check my bag acting like I stole something ,that security guard is a disaster !nSo nope ! You can not check my bag !nI won't be coming here no morenBunch of power trippers but no quality or sense in doing their jobsnA joke that is right
