I needed some medicine early on a Sunday so I found they opened the earliest nearby to my hotel. The staff member advised me of the chemist brand which was half the price which was a great way to save money. So I’d recommend them as a good place if you need a chemist.

This medical center is absolutely the most racist place I’ve ever been, and I’m from America. They asked me and my friend both Asian, to re-enter because there was a sign saying ”wait here to talk to a reception staff” while I literally saw white girls entering without being stopped. I won’t recommend you going in unless you have a pale skin.
My husband and I are currently in Cairns and both have Covid. We needed some items to help us manage out symptoms, but were unable to leave our room. We called the pharmacy and asked if there was a way that we could organise a delivery to the hotel, and the lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful and basically hung up on him saying "I'm too busy to talk to you right now" So thanks so much Ramsay Pharmacy, for helping two people who are in quarantine, and without any medication
I had wonderful information and support from Ramsay pharmacy in Cairns after organising for medication to be collected and transferred out to Green Island where we were staying. Cannot thank you enough for you professionalism, organisation and support certainly relieved my stress and enable the continuation of out holiday. Many thanks for making sure everything was so well organised!
I have found that this pharmacy has no ethical standards for serving the community. They won't order in some medications without you giving them the prescription first. You then have to wait several days before the item will be available and dispensed to you. It is the equivalent of them demanding a guarantee from the customer. They obviously don't want to provide a service to the community, they just want to make money.
Such lovely staff! They were so helpful when we were unable to get a walk in appointment at the 24hr medical and the issue not urgent enough to go to emergency. The ladies referred us to a teleheath appointment which then we were served and back home within 2 hours.
Small Pharmacy, big on customer service. Relaxed friendly staff
