All the staff at this Alive Pharmacy are so welcoming, always smiling, always ready to help whether you are a regular or a new customer. Nick has a great team and the shop has a great friendly feel. Ruth, Sam and Chloe are all ways calm under pressure when it's busy. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I urgently needed some syringes today for my feeding tube to save myself a trip to the ER. I called several pharmacies in Cairns and nobody stocks them. I asked my regular pharmacy to order them in for me but they forgot and hung up on me. A lovely lady from Calanna Pharmacy recommended Alive Warehouse in Smithfield as she said they stock more medical devices than any other pharmacy in Cairns. Not only did they have everything I needed in stock but the pharmacist came out from behind the counter to help me pick out some other products that I needed but was very confused about. He was genuinely lovely as was Kai on the register. I’ll be swapping over to this pharmacy for all of my scripts moving forward. They have an amazing range of products. They stock items that I usually have to order online as nobody else in Cairns seems to have them. The store is so tidy and quiet and is a very pleasant place to be. I’m happy to be a new customer. Tried to book my booster Vax on line,impossible. Keeps telling me my surname is WRONG. I've had the same surname for 74 years, I should know what my surname is !!! Rang the pharmacy to book the booster Vax over the phone and informed that that they don't take phone bookings. I tried my hardest, loos like no booster shot for me.

Absolutely fantastic prompt service and the  gentleman pharmacist on 3/08/22   was amazing First time I felt at ease and no pain in receiving immunisation.

Friendly and helpful staff, good range of products, everything I've ever needed from here. Good little pharmacy. Smithfield Central Doctors are located at the back of the chemist.

As a warehouse pharmacy id expect prescription prices to be competitive. Just picked up prednisalone script for $12.99 when exact same script costs me $7.99 at another pharmaceutical warehouse. Almost double the price !! Shame as id prefer to support the closest one.

Got vaccinated here but they did not give any proof of vaccination.  Repeated attempts to contact this pharmacy and head office have been ignored.   The vaccination has not shown up on medicare yet.

My family and I have been attending the Smithfield Central Doctors clinic for approximately 2 years and we have found the staff to be very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive.  The Clinic is well set up in that it offers a wide range of services via the different skill set of the Doctors on staff, as well as the facility includes a large treatment room with qualified Nursing staff who perform among their many tasks immunizations for both children and adults.  The medical facility offers online booking services that is uncomplicated and therefore very user friendly.  In the time I have been attending the medical facility I have been looked after by Dr Jonathan Wright.  I have found him to be very professional, approachable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, caring, supportive and dedicated in his dealing with patients.  He is a great listener and isn’t judgmental which enables him to treat a broad cross section of the community successfully.

Came into the pharmacy yesterday I was served by Michael the pharmacist who was very patient understanding and helpful . I had then went down to the registers and was served by a Emily M at 4:07pm as per my receipt. This girl was so rude! While standing in line waiting to be served a customer had walked in and asked if they sold batteries. Her response was " No, I don't know have a look down the back" . I could see the batteries from where I was so I had pointed the batteries out to him and told him where they were. By the time I had been served by Emily her lack of customer service remained the same. "Giving a smart remark isn't a great idea love!"

Now I don’t give ratings like this lightly but iv been shopping here for the past 3 years after Dr appointments well let me tell you never again the rude new young pharmacist who refused to get fill my scripts saying because one thing was not in stock and I may as well go else where ???? What a joke. How about fill the one you have! what’s the reason for not filling it !!! Because it’s CTG !!!! Unimpressed to say the leased. You really need to work on your bedside manner so to speak.
