Asha and the team at STA Mount Gravatt were super helpful when helping me book my holiday. I went in with a rough idea of where and when I wanted to go and they helped with suggesting stop overs, tours and the cheapest travel dates. I can't wait for my holiday and I can't wait for the next time I pop in to plan my next one with them!

If you want to get ripped off and be told conflicting information from every staff member you deal with, STA is for you! I wanted to cancel my booking with contiki more than 6 months in advance and was told by 3 people that I would only loose my deposit if I went through with it. When it came time to actually process the refund, they changed their story and advised I would actually lose my deposit and 20% of what I had paid. They tried to say their initial incorrect information was due to STA thinking I had booked with a different tour group, however in their previous emails they made it very clear that they knew they were refunding for contiki. They will lie to cover up how poorly they know their own T&Cs, but even their lies don't add up. They all seem to be very poorly trained when it comes to good customer service and knowledge of their product, however they are very well trained at gouging money out of their clients.
