My experience with STA travel was an incredibly positive one! Sean was so hopeful and was always fast to respond to my questions and requests. I changed my dates and flight paths a few times and he was always willing to find me the best deal! I would recommend using him to book your next holiday - it certainly takes the stress off having to do it all yourself!!

I want to send out a huge THANK YOU to Sean at the Nathan Campus office. Sean was patient and never pushy even though with a thousand balls to juggle trying to coordinate dates and many other commitments and plans, I changed our itinerary and choice of destinations and airlines far too many times. In my experience, travel agents mostly give up under such circumstances, but not Sean, who just did his research with close attention to my requirements and got back to me quickly. This went on until we settled on what seemed ideal and I was just about to book when a family phone call gave me another alternative - and unbelievably Sean simply went with the flow, changed everything and arranged the new flight. He made my life easy and I'm still sane as a result of his professionalism and authenticity. So THANK YOU SEAN! With thousands of travel agents to choose from, I'll be coming back to Sean who knows how to help and not push.

Wonderful staff and super friendly. Were able to meet all of my requirements and help plan a trip with my Grandparents. Would recommend to anyone, and especially great and convenient for local Uni Students. 10/10.

Excellent customer service. Sean was great to deal with, he has a great amount of knowledge and was happy to discuss routing and options to plan my trip.

With little information Jess created a great itinerary for a good price. All steps in the process were clearly explained and follow through was excellent.
