Came in for a spur of a trip holiday and was greeted by Bright. Very friendly customer service and was willing to find the answers when he didn’t know it himself. Very helpful and didn’t feel pressured to book a holiday on the spot. Will be coming back

Way more expensive than you book directly from airlines, I don't get the point why they are exists here.
