Disappointing visit. I needed help to book some accommodation and two flights for Melbourne. Was told they couldn't help me. They didn't know when they would be able to assist me, but I could take a business card. I said, I was happy to sit and wait and was told that there was no point. What happened to customer service? Why was there only one person there who could help me, but couldn't because she was so busy? Yet there seemed to be plenty of staff working that afternoon. Not sure what happened, but not happy.

Had the most wonderful experience at RACQ Eight Mile Plains!nnI needed a pre-purchase car inspection at very short notice, and the team went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of simply directing me to the call center, they took the time to guide me through the entire process, which was incredibly helpful. nnA special shout-out to Ray, the manager, who took time out of his busy schedule to ensure my issue was resolved. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile truly made all the difference.n⏩nI’m extremely grateful to the entire team at RACQ Eight Mile Plains, especially Ray, for their exceptional service. It was an absolute pleasure and a 5-star experience *****

I honestly had the best experience. We have two little kids so having a car out is a serious pain. They came out, diagnosed the problem, towed the car and had it fixed so quickly. It’s an old car, they gave me practical advice and were really clear with costs.nnCass the lady I dealt with had exceptional customer service skills and it was so refreshing to deal with a car service that was so efficient.nnI cannot thank you all enough. So impressed and exceeded my expectations.

I was so confident with having RACQ insurance turn out it is just another company but with big microphones for marketing. They have very low rated and horrible repairers. It took 6 months to get my car completely repaired and that too with damage from repairer.nnYou want your work to be done you have to chase it up or it might never get done.nnMine is comprehensive insurance paid around 1700$ with this horrible horrible service.

***BE WARNED, DO NOT USE RACQ**** try NRMA or anyone else, they hire under qualified mechanics and charge excessively high rates, they do not care about there customers just profits. Because of RACQ my car was written off when it originally only needed a new starter motor and in 'Good Faith' offer me a 50% refund WOW thanks RACQ now I have to pay off a starter motor that went straight to the wreckers and get a new car. DON'T USE RACQ Workshop..... Extremely disappointed customer.
