Friendly and informative consultants. Flight and accomodation prices have always been lower than the big flight and hotel specialty sites - in the case of accomodation they did a great job and great discounts.

I will not be booking a holiday through this branch of Flight Centre again. I was told that I needed to pay for my holiday in full by the end of January (this also happened to be when the sales consultant was leaving the branch). When I questioned the due date I was repeatedly told it was the end of January. Only after I contacted the customer relations department was I told that it wasn't in fact due until the end of February. Very disappointed at the deceitful behaviour.
