Great quality service here, the store has so much stock they have to bulk stack it out the front.
I love Spotlight and love visiting this store - there is great parking and a wide range of stock, however they often seem short-staffed and finding help can take a while. Was excited to see a price checker in this store - this can really speed up the trying to find help problem, however it wasn’t working.
Very busy as it was sale time.. quick & friendly service. But like most spotlight stores...the pricing is so over the shop! Managed by taking catalogue & comparing with stock on shelves! Good products though! Just wish their price signs matched or at least made sense!
My son was looking to create his own costume. He ended up buying a sewing machine and other stuff. I know the price is reasonable but it ended up cheaper than what I thought, they always have items on sale so it was quite affordable for my son who is starting to learn a hobby. We did visit in the afternoon after school during a rainy day so there wasn’t much of a crowd and there were lots of parking.
Don't go here if you're in a hurry, I saw people just drop stuff and walk out, can't say I blame them. 20 people in line for the checkout, and one serving.

My goodness it is a accident waiting to happen at this spotlight. All of the aisles are pack with racks of Christmas decor and just general goods. U can hardly move throughout the whole store. Forget going to this store if u use a mobility walker or wheelchair. I have never ever seen a Spotlight store with so much goods for sale. Usually I like to go a Spotlight store and have a good look around. Not this store couldn't wait to leave.
Spotlights in other areas are generally great, but Rutherford has so far been terrible moved to this area 3 months ago. I’ve been in store twice and been severely overcharged on my last visit, I’m trying to call the store, I have attempted 8 calls in a row and they have all rang out without an answer.
Store has a great selection but seemed a bit disorganised and cramped due a lot of to xmas stock displays being in the centre of the main walkway. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though it was rather busy during my visit they seemed to manage the rush fairly well.
