I am beyond outraged. There is over 50 people in register line and they have one poor girl operating register. Who ever manages this store you are an absolute embarrassment and disgrace
The supervisor on this Thursday night, Bec, saved me so much money on my quilt cover set and 2 European pillow cases by making sure I was a member and knew about their promotions! Very knowledgeable and friendly and I will 1000% be going back to her in the future!!
I love Spotlight and love visiting this store - there is great parking and a wide range of stock, however they often seem short-staffed and finding help can take a while. Was excited to see a price checker in this store - this can really speed up the trying to find help problem, however it wasn’t working.
The store itself is good but it would be great if the staff were a bit more pleasant and maybe even smiled. Seems understaffed - and when I called no one answered the phone
I really feel sorry for the staff who work under the conditions that they have too. No store manager that stays. It is pitiful with what they have to endure every day. My husband was a store manager many years ago, for Spotlight, the upper management made it difficult for him to stay, obviously the same continues.
