Usually has what I need to get when I go there, staff always helpful.

No assistance at the desk. When help did  arrive the lady helped the customer who walked in after me. She also continued to flirt with the customer for some time. The customer didn't buy anything and left. I was finally able to by a Canterbury hoodie. Grate selection of clothing, Good luck getting customer service

Awesome customer service

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I was told they did not have shoes in my size size 6 womens and was not given any advice or help at all after this. I was told by the assistant that she'd been there 15 years and they had never carried that size. I have never had this issue before! The 2 assistants were rudely whispering as we exited the shop. Will not be going back.

One of the young stuff was disrespectful to me and my brother about our last name saying it “wasn’t a real last name” when they search for our membership

Got exactly what I was looking for. The staff member was patient with our 5 year old while I was looking. Definitely will visit again.

Very helpful staff. It was busy but the staff worked hard to look after us.
