A issue arose after purchasing a new item for a teenage member of the family. The item was a considerable outlay of money( between $500 & $1000). A failure occurred after 8 days. I am aware any item can have unforseen issues arise having worked for large multinational companies in their warranty/diagnostic/workshop areas for over a decade. However #1. Communication very lacking, #2. Vague timeframe for rectification of problem continually given. #3. Insufficient explanation of cause of problem. 4# Possible scenerio given non-sensical, misleading with conversation continually going off point re: actuall issue. 5#. Timeframe almost 8weeks from drop-off to pick-up 6#. No workshop write-up issued (only EFTPOS) reciept. The Problem here is not that an purchased item did or did not have an issue. Problem is how it was unfortunatly handled.
