I had an awesome Experience with Splashes, I have just bought my 2nd spa from them last week. The Quality of the spa and the service and support that come from them is second to none. There are some companies out there that just want a sale, these guys actually care.... Thanks Steve

It would be nice if staff would tell you the honest truth when a customer wants to purchase a spa. I had told them that my spa will be placed outside and asked them if the sun will affect the temperature as I will be using it mainly in the summer months. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. So now well into summer, it’s useless because I can’t get the temperature cold enough to sit in and enjoy it. I have contacted and spoken to someone about the issue... they weren’t helpful in trying to help me. A total waste of money as I spent thousands of dollars. And just to have my spa sitting there, just for show.!! Some company’s will say anything just to get a sale. Will not recommend this place.
