Yesterday I had a big emergency when someone accidentally sat on my specs and squashed them. I immediately took them back to Specsavers in Prahran to ask if anything could be done to fix them. Kevin and Michelle and the team were amazing! Even though the damage to my specs was a little daunting, without any fuss, Michelle went that extra mile and repaired my glasses then and there on the spot! Not only did Michelle repair them but she also restored the nose grips too! I was blown away by the kindness and the service. I’m so grateful to her, without my glasses I’m lost. A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE at SPECSAVERS PRAHRAN. Thank you very much Michelle, Kevin and the Specsavers team Prahran. Highly recommend! Definitely a galaxy of stars !
Should have gone to Specsavers - and I'm glad I did! Going to Specsavers Prahran to buy my glasses was an extremely positive experience, where the level of service of and care exceeded my expectations. Not only were the team incredibly helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond to ensure my choice in glasses were the right pair and within my budget. If anyone is looking for quality service and an awesome range of glasses to choose from, I highly recommend going to Specsavers Prahran.
Meriam the Audiologist at Specsavers is brilliant! She made the whole process easy and the result for me has been "life changing". I couldn't recommend her more highly to anyone having hearing issues!
Please don't order your items i.e. glasses, lenses from this store. I didn't receive any confirmation for my order that they had been ready at the store. I had to call and check by myself. They didn't even apologies for this. Sales team at the store are beyond rude. They don't smile, not open to help at all. The store was empty and they had all the time to help me if they wanted. Worst customer service ever!!! So disappointed. Never coming back here.
Optometrist Chenhuan aka Chenchen at Specsavers Prahran is fantastic - I’ve been seeing her for many years now. Always friendly, provides thorough examinations and takes the time to explain things in “plain English.” I highly recommend you request to see Chenchen!
Really professional eye test & glasses fitting, the optical assistant Nathan was really helpful & recommended glasses other than the ones I chose to sit more comfortably. Recommend !
Visited on 2 occasions. Nathan and Nick were both very nice and helpful. Helped me pick out 2 pairs that had perfect fit.
Staff were friendly, patient and helpful with selecting frames and lens options. Much appreciated.
Specsavers - Prahran - Bupa member. You see the 5 stars? Well the staff deserved them all, and more, a galaxy in fact. No sense listing all the positives, too time consuming and unnecessary. From the moment our feet crossed the threshold of your Prahran shop everything was ‘spot on.’ Starting with the preliminary eye test and moving on to the full eye test - everything was top notch, thorough and informative. The young lady testing my eyes was exceptional, I wish I could remember her name. She was patient and took the time to focus clever wording!? in on my precise prescription. My wife and I were handed-off to two very professional and friendly staff; Marli and Nathan, and they took the time and made sure everything was perfect. When we explained that we were going overseas and really wanted our glasses before we left…Marli put a rush on it. She went one step further, called and left a message telling me it had been done. So, in long, as short does not apply…a galaxy of stars for Specsavers Prahran.
Always very helpful and efficient. Nathan assisted me putting contacts in and out. Slayed!
