I have been to this OPSM a few times as it is close to work, But I have never had a good experience there. The lady works there is very rude. Overtime I go there she makes us feel like we owe her something regardless we are actually the customers buying their stuff and paying their wages..She was very unhappy when we ask for a frame to try on. Once she was very rude when I wanted to pay my bill in a urgent manner cos I was running late for something.. It's like she does not like any sales..horrible customer service. I will never go back. The stocks are very limited as well.
