Most amazing customer service i have ever had a at make up shop. All the staff were so welcoming and inviting and acting wanted to help you find the best product that will work for you!! Only went for one thing and came out with 5 things and i’m not mad about it one bit. 10/10!
Rachel helped pick out products that were good and natural for my sensitive skin. I have both eczema and acne which makes shopping for the right makeup extremely difficult. Rachel was very knowledgeable and friendly, tested a few products and found the right foundation tone for me. The oil she recommended has also helped calm my skin. Love the service!
Love spending time with my friends trying out new creams and perfume. And sharing tips. The mecca sales assistants were very obliging and friendly, made us feel welcome. We are all level 3 mecca customers, they didn't know and treat us just as well.
Recently visited the South Yarra store with a girlfriend, upon processing my sale at the counter the sales assistant referred to me as the older and less attractive friend. I left the store pretty deflated and sad. I’m a firm believer in building people up not bringing them down. I sent an email to Mecca customer service explaining my disappointment, this was 3 weeks ago now and I haven’t heard back from them at all. To say I’m disgusted for their lack of acknowledgement is an understatement, it’s disgraceful
Went into store for a complete refresh of make-upand skincare. Rachel spent time understanding my needs and made some great recommendations. Great service, great advice!
Love the store, but each time I go in and buy something, I’m given the wrong product to take home. Lack of attention to detail/stock cataloguing issues must be causing them to pick & pack wrong products so often. Potentially Mecca could just make the store like Sephora - where customers can pick and pack themselves. It’s not rocket science and it’s wild that mistakes happen so often. If staff later, remember that they’ve packed the wrong product, the least I could do is give me a call before I discover the incorrect product on a trip.
I went for my make up application with Annie. She was friendly knowledgeable, and made me feel like a million dollars. Thank you Annie!

Every time I’ve been in here everyone has been fantastic and welcoming and super helpful. I was able to use my beauty loop free makeup session before my Christmas party for work which was a miracle considering how late I was looking to book, cause these appointments book out quick. The absolutely gorgeous Sarah sorry if I’ve ruined the spelling! did my makeup for me that day and she was the nicest, most helpful, easiest to talk to, and most incredibly skilled MUA I’ve been lucky enough to have do my makeup. I got so many compliments and felt so great leaving the appointment. It was an absolute joy to be able to come in hot with stress and too much energy and leave feeling calm and together.
I love this Mecca store. Friendly and very helpful staff and the store has a great selection of brands.
