-TRY ME- sign installed with storefront samples attract more customers: Do you know what the bottles are for if you pass by the shop? Do you know what the bottles are for if you are a tourist? Would Aesop accept lesser profits through failing to attract more customers? Would a simple low cost sign affect the class and ambience of the store vs the potential to bring in profits to increase the management and employees salaries? Would love to see a sign that clearly communicate to passer bys what the bottles are for. I love the body balm. It is fragrant and silky smooth with a creamy texture. Soft on the skin and easy on the nose.----TRY ME- sign installed with storefront samples attract more customers

I'm not very good at skin care, and going in to stores like this generally make my quite anxious and uncomfortable, but the lady I spoke to was lovely and made me feel at ease. She wasn't pushy, and was very informative, and the products she suggested have already helped my dry skin where other products I've previously used haven't made any difference at all. I'm very happy!

Designed by Aesop director Dennis Paphitis, the store is home to a very special global first – Aesop Facial Treatments. Says Paphitis, ‘We’ve always had a strong desire for a locale suited to exceptional retail as well as to launch our facial treatment offering. The South Yarra store offers a fully interactive environment to explore, learn about and replenish Aesop products, and also offers our full range of five facial treatments delivered by the supremely talented Ms. Maria Vovos.’ Each facial treatment is designed to address a particular skin type or condition, or to provide a specific function. The services offered include Skin Quench, Double Edge, Detox Overhaul, Ascorbic Action and Lactate Surge. These are serious treatments, with individually prepared booster shots of raw ingredients added to certain existing formulations as required. During the Ascorbic Action Facial Treatment, for example, pure stabilised Vitamin C will be added at the perfect dosage for your skin for enhanced anti-oxidant protection and skin conditioning. With this flexibility at Maria’s fingertips you can expect a facial treatment, and end result, unlike any other. ‘Each new store is an opportunity for us to push our design limits further.
