The old woman with the mullet was judgemental of myself and my company.... When speaking and getting help with the other shop assistant, the old woman with the mullet yelled from the other side of the room to the shop assistant the price of the sunglasses. “One five zero zero. One five zero zero” I’m aware of the price, and also, my vision’s actually alright, I can read the little plaque’s with the pricing on them haha. To make it little more embarrassing for herself, she closed the two doors and walked to a spot and stood watch while I was trying one of the glasses I was wanting to buy. She didn’t notice I left my phone down on the side as well while doing so. One thing she could have done was help the shop assistant that was helping me. This arrogant, patronising woman cost the younger assistant a $1350-1850 sale. Greet, communicate with customers , maybe learn how to speak to them, tell stories about the product, and assist. Job done poorly. Wouldn’t wish my experience given by this woman on anybody in the future. However, thanks for the help, I bought my pair I wanted online direct from the brandsame product, same service anyway
This store ruined my experience. Extremely disappointing. visited this store twice, and both times I was ignored for 20+ minutes despite the store being empty. I ended up leaving even though I wanted to buy sunglasses. This makes me think the staff is either undertrained or simply doesn't care. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
Beautifully presented store, stunning collection of Sunnies and Optical glasses on offer. Picked up my Scanlan & Theodore reading glasses last week and helped out so wonderfully by Jess & Tim. Highly recommend this store. First class all the way! Thank you TEAM Onepointsevenfour X
Had the best experience I’ve ever had with Tim and Jess in the Armadale Store, today, in all of the 15 years of trying to buy glasses that are comfortable and suit my face! They are both so helpful, kind, caring and gave their considered and honest opinions! They know their product and stock inside out and nothing is too much trouble. Tim is the wizard who adjusted my old glasses so that they actually sit in the correct place on my nose… so no more nose pad pain and together they helped me with the private health cover who are so difficult to speak to to maximise the rebate. I have the fabulous new G.O.D frames that have given me the same lift of spirits as a really great haircut will do! Thank you Tim and Jess! happy customer
Great savings on a pair of Dita frames. However, the service and delivery was what surprised me. Outstanding service from Emma and delivery to SA was in 2 days - WOW. All in all, highly recommend the store for price, service, support, and delivery.

Researched the Mage brand glasses I wanted and found the limited edition model that was perfect at this store. The staff were accommodating and amazingly helpful. Highly recommend if you know what you’re after. A unique boutique store worth visiting.
