Excellent service, AJ the optometrist was very friendly, helpful and thorough. He took the time to check my eyes with a lot of care and explained everything that he was doing. He clarified every step of the way and double checked. Very nice and a great experience. The customer service person was also very helpful when it came to choose a frame. Thanks so much was very pleasant. Can't wait to get my new frames.
It's OK. The frames are limited to Oscar Wylee's own brand... and they look a bit 'home brand' to me. Anyway, I had my eye test... no surprises and professionally done as I'd expect. I chose a frame for my new lenses; nothing special. Plain plastic... Then the reality that despite the barrage of advertising: '3 pairs from $249' etc... my one pair of glasses would cost $399! I understand 'FROM $249'; but it still leaves a sour taste. I wonder exactly which 3 pairs I could have got for $249? :-/
Great service and eye test. However the pricing is not as advertised. Plus why have three levels of multi focal maki g the only one worth getting double what t”2 pairs” are advertised at. I would recommend Oscar and Wyler but not their advertising
After paying $899.00 dollars for new glasses after my appointment only to be told they have miscalculated by $30.00 and won’t place my order til I pay I’m going back tomorrow for a full refund and cancel my order. I offered to pay the balance on pickup. Zero Stars
Awful. Dirty, Smelt. Ive seen Petrol station toilets more hygienic. The designated eye test area is partly in the store in-front of customers! And the section that the rest of the equipment located like a back kitchen room not like a clinical, hygienic space should present. The optometrist did not wear a face mask & his breath smelt awful. I got sick soon after and believe it was from him breathing into my face. I had a subsequent test as OPSM and prescription identifying glasses required was in stark contrast to Oscar Wylee prescription. So disappointing and surprising post covid as I like the frames they sell.
I went in to see if they could straighten my glasses. They were fantastic. Really helpful. Fixed my glasses they look brand new.
Very polite and nice staff. Optometrist was very attentive and helpful. More than any Optometrist she'd had in the past.
Nice, helpful and informative staff who helped me pick out a new pair of glasses! Bangyan and Jenny were amazing and definitely one of the best customer service experiences I have had. Highly recommend these two and the service was fantastic.
The team at the Chapel St store were so professional and had great customer service! Every Oscar Wylee store I go to, the staff always have amazing service. Particular shout out to the optometrist in the Chapel st store as he was very pleasant to deal with and also educated me. Also shout out to Kristina M at the epping store for always being so helpful and professional. She always goes above and beyond!
The optometrist was very thorough and made sure I understood the results of my eye test. The perfect glasses were easy to find and the overall experience positive.
