I have been calling them once a week for weeks to see if my glasses are ready, they keep saying no. Finally received an email today telling me they've been ready for weeks so I went in there and they made me wait for ages and then couldn't find them. Also they wouldn't refund me these Alex Perry glasses that broke for a second time after already having them repaired.
The female optometrist at the Brunswick store was very knowledgeable and thorough. The service was professional and friendly. I ordered two pairs of specs and am really happy with them. Highly recommended.
Came back here after 12 years since I had my glasses made here and eye checked. Haven't checked my eye for 12 years. So please don't copy me people. Optometrist was very knowledgeable, served by Yahya as spec tech. Very happy with glass and service. I will sure to come back sooner than 12 years next time.
I have been going to SpecSavers Brunswick for years and and years and they always look after me, even when I have had a problem they always help resolve anything. Good range of frames too. Jovian and Yahya were very helpful! Happy.

Good range of frames. The customer service was great. Miss Kodali helped me understand the eye testing procedure well. You have the option of doing OCT, visial field test and gonioscopy here. The rpice of frame ranged from 39 to 399. You will get two frames for 199 onwards. The eye testing costs 73$
The optometrist I met was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this store to get your prescription checked. The staff in the store were helpful and friendly too.
